Lanes Cove - Gloucester, MA

As we were gearing up, Gloucester police came over to inform us we had to be out of the lot by noon because there was a seen from the upcoming movie Confess, Fletch being shot in the cove. We geared up and headed out 310. Viz was unpredictable, but we perfectly hit the end of the wall/slope and followed it NE for awhile. We cruised back over the urchin ledges and crawled our way out. Mike ended up with 5 lobsters + we found one over the limit and one monster with eggs. Given the movie scene timetable, we swapped the tanks, grabbed some water and a snack and hit the water again. This time we headed out 0 and found some depth but not much in the way of lobsters. I found a good sized sea raven out on the wall, but overall pretty quiet.
